Wall composition guide
Choose the right scale
- A4: desk, shelf, bedside area or small wall.
- 30 × 40 cm: a versatile size, alone or as a pair.
- 50 × 70 cm: a focal point above a sofa, sideboard or bed.
7 ready-to-copy layouts
- One 50 × 70 cm centred above furniture.
- Two 30 × 40 cm prints aligned with a 6 cm gap.
- One 50 × 70 cm print with an offset A4.
- Three 30 × 40 cm prints in a row, 5 to 7 cm apart.
- A vertical trio of A4 prints for a narrow wall.
- Two 50 × 70 cm prints for a large living-room wall.
- One 50 × 70 cm print flanked by two A4 prints for an asymmetric layout.
Height and spacing
Place the visual centre around 145 to 155 cm above the floor. Above furniture, usually leave 15 to 25 cm. Leave 5 to 8 cm between frames.
