How do I choose a size?
A4 suits small spaces, 30 × 40 cm is the most versatile size, and 50 × 70 cm creates a true focal point.
Are the frames ready to hang?
Yes. Standard and premium frames are assembled with hanging hardware. Wall screws and plugs are not included.
Can one order arrive in more than one parcel?
Yes. Depending on size and finish, items from one order may be produced and shipped separately.
What is the difference between standard and premium frames?
Standard uses a slim wood profile at an accessible price. Premium combines a fine art print with a more refined frame finish and enhanced protection.
What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
Keep the artwork and all packaging, then contact us ideally within 48 hours with your order number and photos. Do not return anything without our agreement.
