Our artworks are printed on demand. Preparation usually takes 1 to 4 business days. For mainland France, allow an average of 5 to 10 business days between order and delivery. These times are indicative and may vary depending on the format, finish, and destination.

Standard delivery costs €6.90 for purchases under €100 and is free for purchases of €100 or more. A tracking link is sent upon shipment. An order containing multiple items may arrive in multiple packages.

Damaged item

If your artwork arrives damaged, do not return it directly. Contact Urban Gallery within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, the inner and outer packaging, and the shipping label. After verification, we will arrange the appropriate solution: replacement or refund depending on the case.

Returns and change of mind

Contact us before any return to receive the appropriate instructions. Personalized artworks may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable regulations. For other items, legal conditions and our general terms and conditions of sale apply.

Delivery questions

How long does delivery take?

Production generally takes 1 to 4 business days. In mainland France, allow around 5 to 10 business days in total, including production and transit.

How do I track my parcel?

A tracking link is sent as soon as the carrier makes it available. One order may arrive in more than one parcel.

What if the artwork arrives damaged?

Keep the artwork, packaging and label. Contact us ideally within 48 hours with clear photos. After review, we will arrange an appropriate solution.

Where should I return an order?

Contact us before sending anything. We will confirm whether a return is needed, which address to use and the applicable terms.

Can I change my mind?

The statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies to non-personalised items, subject to legal exceptions. Contact us before returning anything.
