Shipping policy

FRAME AVENUE offers standard shipping to the 27 European Union countries, subject to availability for the address and selected items. Overseas territories and areas with special customs rules may be excluded. The United Kingdom, Switzerland and non-EU destinations are outside our offer.

Total charges and any applicable free shipping are shown at checkout before payment, depending on the products and destination. No additional charge can be added afterwards without your agreement.

Artworks are made to order. Delivery time includes production and transport and must be given before ordering. If no period is agreed, delivery is due within 30 days. Orders may arrive in separate parcels without charges beyond the accepted total.

For delays, loss or damage, email la.fabrik@icloud.com. Product and packaging photographs help a claim but do not condition statutory guarantees. The seller remains responsible until physical receipt, subject to legal exceptions.
